Orders to Canada and the United States include all customs, duties, and taxes in the checkout price.

All orders ship from Canada. U.S. orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). At checkout, these import costs appear as a “Shipping” fee line—it isn’t extra postage; it covers the duties, taxes, and courier fees that we prepay on your behalf. 

For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs or import charges. If a package is returned due to non-delivery or unpaid fees, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
